Welcome to Wandersky.id. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your relationship with the wandersky.id website (the “Service”, “Platform”) operated by Wandersky Management (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our Platform. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Accounts and Registration

1.1 Account Security

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

 

1.2 Prohibited Account Activities

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar, or obscene.

2. Commercial Terms and Purchases

2.1 Pricing and Currency

All prices displayed on the Platform are subject to automated localization based on your geographic IP address. For users within Poland and the European Union, prices are presented in Polish ZÅ‚oty (PLN) or Euros (EUR). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice due to fluctuations in international commodity market rates, shipping overheads, or foreign exchange adjustments.

2.2 Payment Methods

By executing a purchase, you agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf through the Platform, at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. Payment processing is secured through certified third-party gateways (Stripe, global credit card networks, and local Polish direct payments via BLIK). We do not store financial payment credentials on our local servers.

2.3 Order Acceptance and Availability

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or commodity availability, errors in the description or price of the product, errors in your order, or suspicion of fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

3. Customs, Phytosanitary Compliance, and Importation

3.1 Buyer’s Regulatory Responsibilities

Wandersky.id provides premium Indonesian agricultural commodities. While we supply necessary legal export documentation—such as international Phytosanitary Certificates and export declarations—it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the volume and specific type of agricultural goods ordered comply with local Polish customs laws and European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) restrictions.

3.2 Import Disruptions

We are not liable for shipments that are delayed, confiscated, or destroyed by Polish customs authorities due to a buyer’s lack of local import permits, commercial import licenses, or sudden unilateral changes in EU regulatory customs policies.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, functionalities, proprietary source codes, operational canvas structures, and visual brand identity are and will remain the exclusive property of Wandersky and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Indonesia and foreign countries. Our trademarks, logos, and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Wandersky.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Wandersky, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

  • Any content obtained from the Service.

  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or data, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

     

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

6.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6.2 EU Consumer Dispute Resolution

For consumers residing within the European Union, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform, which you can access at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We prefer to resolve any operational or logistics issues directly with you via our support desk.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the website and the Service.
