Shipping, Delivery, and Return Policy

Welcome to Wandersky.id. We are committed to delivering high-quality Indonesian commodities and agricultural products directly to your doorstep in Poland and across the European Union. Please read our policy carefully to understand our shipping procedures, delivery times, customs clearance, and return conditions.

1. Shipping & Delivery Framework

1.1 International Shipping Methods

All international orders destined for Poland are dispatched from our central warehouse in Indonesia. We partner with leading global express couriers (including DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS) to ensure safe, temperature-controlled, and trackable transit.

1.2 Transit & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing Time: 2 – 4 business days (excluding weekends and Indonesian national holidays) to prepare documentation, phytosanitary inspections, and secure export packaging.

  • Transit Time to Poland: 5 – 10 business days depending on the selected courier service and destination city (e.g., Warsaw, Kraków, GdaÅ„sk).

  • Please note: Total estimated delivery time spans from 7 to 14 business days from the date of payment validation.

1.3 Order Tracking

Once your shipment is handed over to the courier, a shipping confirmation email containing your Air Waybill (AWB) / Tracking Number and a direct tracking link will be sent to your registered email address.

2. Customs, Duties, and EU VAT Compliance

2.1 EU VAT (23%) and Import Taxes

In compliance with European Union e-commerce regulations, all orders shipped to Poland are subject to a 23% Polish Value Added Tax (VAT).

  • Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): For retail orders under €150, VAT and calculated import duties are included and processed at checkout. You will not face hidden administrative fees or unexpected bills upon arrival at Polish customs.

  • Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) for Bulk Orders: For commercial/bulk orders exceeding standard retail thresholds, customs clearance and local import taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer unless agreed otherwise in writing.

2.2 Agricultural & Commodity Regulations

Wandersky guarantees that all shipped commodities are accompanied by the necessary legal export documentation, including Phytosanitary Certificates and international safety data sheets where applicable, ensuring smooth passage through Polish customs.

3. Return, Refund, and Right of Withdrawal

3.1 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Standard)

In accordance with European Union Consumer Protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from this contract and request a return within 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, received the physical goods.

3.2 Eligibility & Return Conditions

To qualify for a full return and refund, the items must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original, undamaged commercial packaging.

  • Vacuum seals, protective wraps, and product tags must remain completely intact (essential for consumable raw commodities and agricultural goods due to hygiene and health protection protocols).

  • Perishable items with a rapid expiration profile are excluded from the standard 14-day return right once opened.

3.3 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: The direct cost of returning goods from Poland back to our logistics facility (or designated EU return node) shall be borne by the customer, unless the item delivered was incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival.

  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If your package arrives structurally compromised, leaking, or contains incorrect items due to a logistics error:

  1. Take clear photographs or video evidence of the outer packaging and the state of the internal goods immediately upon unboxing.

  2. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at cs@wandersky.id.

  3. We will evaluate the claim swiftly and arrange either a 100% complimentary replacement shipment or issue a full monetary refund via your original payment method (Stripe/BLIK).

5. Refunds Processing

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved by our quality control team:

  • An email notification will be sent confirming the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed immediately. The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 – 10 business days, depending on your banking institution’s processing cycles.
